Meet unique poke system


There are several poke settings available below your chat visualization. How the chat will look on your online store depends predominantly on these. The real-time preview feature is also included in the poke settings, allowing you to view the chat's appearance before you save.

Easily manage your pokes


POKE TYPE is responsible for how much a customer will see in your store. You may want to display information in the form of a small box containing text that encourages your customer to contact you. If you wish to display your product in a more interesting fashion, you can instead opt for a simple banner that encourages the customer to begin a conversation. We even provide the option of displaying both a banner and text underneath it. You get to decide which kind of poke you want to use in your store; it’s good to experiment a little and see which setups are best in various situations before settling on one.

Chat banner personalization


Here you can modify the algorithm managing the usage of keywords that you have entered in the CHAT/ADD KEYWORD section, so that customers see banners in their chat window that are relevant to the conversation they are having with an agent. Makes sense, right? In short – you can link keywords to the showing of banners in chat on a customer-by-customer basis. This lets you show them specific topics, products, discounts or any other images that they are interested in while at the same time inviting them to make use of store offers.

For example:

You sell shoes in your online store. In the CHAT/ADD KEYWORD section you set e.g. the following keywords:

"I like ……. shoes…..", "white sports shoes …….", "Velcro shoes" or other related keywords.
A customer chats with an agent on RevoChat about white sports shoes with Velcro straps.
Using keywords settings this way, you allow customer to see an offer on the chat banner of white sports shoes with Velcro straps next time he visits your store.

Dashboard helpful information


From the dashboard you also have access to other vital information that is not listed on the home page.
You can track orders placed by customers as well as payment status.  You also have access to unread messages and a graph showing the results of sales completed in chat. You can also track pages recently visited by your customers, so that you can always remain informed of which products and categories your customers show an interest in.
